What do i used for dry hair and damage and split end?

it cause because of perm and i put color in it and damaged my hair how can it go back to normal soft and beautifull, o and also my hair tangles toooo much what product can i use and economic. What do i used for dry hair and damage and split end?
Purchase the PHYTO brand, they have many different products, see which one you want or what condition your hair is...they have plenty of great moisturizing products for you damaged/permed/colored hair...they have it all. It may be expensive but they work like magic...

my suggestion

1)Use the Phyto Shampoo you want (do you want moisturizing? Protection? Voluminizing? They have a lot)

2) Use a rinse out conditioner they have called something like Instant Hydrating Conditioner or so....

3) Use the Deep Conditioner they have in the blue jar once a week

4)If you want to use styling products use the following...

5)Use the relaxing balm they have before you blow-dry, it is an award winning anti-frizz product.

6) Use BioSilk Therapy (This is not from phyto) before you flat iron (it makes your hair shinier and smoother)

7) Use PHYTO's leave in conditioner, since you said its very dry, I'd suggest PHYTO 9, but you can also use 7 if you like.....

I keep very long hair, so I'd been looking for products that would keep the ends from looking nasty. I started using Pantene's cream hair treatment called Repair and Protect. I had a huge improvement in my hair when I used it weekly. My hair was much softer and more shiny. After I got my ends cut off, I tried to make sure I used it every weekend, and I didn't get any more split ends at all until I quit using it on a normal schedule. Even then, the splits were the lightest they've ever been. I've been really impressed with the product.
See tips for split ends and do hot oil massages and apply Henna on hair for that ---

try garnier fructis products and use some olive oil as a hot oil treatment.
Both are great but they are custom to budget.

Cheap:

Sunsilk. Pink bottle. They carry great moisturizing products including leave in conditioner!

Expensive:

Biolage. Sold at hair salons. They carry a line for chemically treated hair that works like a charm!
whatever you do don't use any hot oil treaments. actually damages the hair more. I would get the dead ends trimmed first and then start over with a professional shampoo system.
I love Citrishine. $3 and great for me.
Avon has some awsome hair repair products!
neuotrogena leave in conditioner
For the split ends, unfortunatly you can't fix those..you can temporarly bond them with treatments ((such as hot oil treatments)). I suggest getting them trimmed and then starting over. Before washing, apply Olive Oil through your hair..yes that can get messy..after about 30 minutes, rinse it out and use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Then try using a deep conditioner. My absolute favorite deep conditioner is SILK ELEMENTS MegaSilk Moisturizing Treatment. In 3 days, I dyed my hair, then bleached my hair, and then dyed it 2 more times...needless to say it was not in the best condition afterward. After just 1 application of Silk Elements my hair was back in the BEST condition its ever been in. You can find it at Sally Beauty Supply or online http://www.sallybeauty.com/shop/1215/373鈥?/a>

Good luck.

Try Matrix Instacure it worked great for me I always highlighted my hair and straightened it! you can get it from any of your local salons it works great!!
my hair is naturally like you describe what cause you the perm and the color, people are not comformed with what they have...

What ever i use dove therapy for very dry and demage hair I use the shampoo

the accondition

the treatment

and for the end the frizz control...

i been use this brand about 1 week and for me is the best i been tested. Is different on every person but even the expensive brand doesn't work.Try this one maybe works on you too.Try ojon treatment, is very natural with oil and works better on dry hair.
June 2005 I had my hair cut %26amp; didn't like it much it wasn't what I asked for so I went to another hair dresser he made it worse so I figured a nice color would help Still didn't like the cut so I put the perm what a frizzy mess so curly I couldn't believe my eyes I tried everything over 300 dollars in products nothing helped .The hot flat iron was the only thing that tamed it down a bit. but that burnt it . I wore a short ponytail for almost 7 months got lots of perm cut off the conditioner from the hair dyes help a bit ...My hair is long enough now to get the rest of the perm cut of I will be perm free yoooopi Oh %26amp; if you dye your hair do it after the perm not before this is why my hair was fried
First off, when you comb your hair start at the end and work your way up, less breakage. try scalp treatments, a good all around trim will help with the split ends. Look in any store with hair products for tangles.
