How do you get better turnout, and i have all my splits but i want to make my legs to be able to kick higher?

Ok, what i do for better turn out is this:





before class do a full warm up to loosen your mussles.


I bet you do have a lot of turn out you just have to push it and use it to get used to it. In class hold you bottom mussels when doing exercises, it wraps around your turn out like a ballet shoe ribbon around your leg. That's where you should feel it.





This should work keep at it dont give up doing the splits over and over makes it better too. If this doesn't work then ask your ballet teacher to suggest some other things.





I was that by a royal ballet teacher so i might know i thing or too.

I just have a time (1:15-1:30) to practice my stretches and i take about 5 minutes just kicking, and after about 4 practices, I got them to my nose. It really just takes a lot of practice, maybe you should do yoga to get more flexible because then you'll be able to kick higher! i say try kicking up and do some ballad and try to see how high ur legs can go every day for 15 min or longer it did the trick for me
