Skate 2 is two player but is it split screen?

I was going to buy this game but I wanted to know is it split screen two player? I hate split screen I like games like Little Big Planet , like you see yourself and your team mate. Split screens are confusing.

No. The game is in turns with Spot Battle, Hall of Meat, and S.K.A.T.E. There is no split screen option on the game. But, I happen to like this feature better.Skate 2 is two player but is it split screen?
It would have to be split screen just because you can skate around a huge park/city so if it was all on one screen you would both be force to be skating next to each other the entire time and that would really suck
