Using the Split Function and reverse the name?

I need help. I need the user to enter their Full Name, and then the program will split their first and last name, and place it as, ';Last Name, First Name';, In Upper case.. Can someone tell me how to do this?


How would someone do something like that?? Really would appreciate your help!
